The season of iPhone 17 leaks and rumours is in full swing. Just days after dummy units for Apple’s upcoming 2025 flagship phones appeared online, a new set of images has emerged, giving us a closer look at the redesigned glass and metal bodies of the iPhone 17 range.

These latest images, shared by a well-known tech tipster, showcase all four expected models: the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max (or possibly the iPhone 17 Ultra).

Dummy units like these are typically based on schematics from the supply chain and help accessory manufacturers prepare their products ahead of launch. They also give tech enthusiasts an early glimpse of upcoming smartphone designs.

The iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max appear to feature bold, prominent rear camera bars—a design that has already been widely discussed in previous leaks. The iPhone 17 Air is expected to have a smaller camera bar on the back, as seen in the new images.

New Metal and Glass Design

Recent leaks have revealed how glass and metal will be combined in the latest iPhone designs. On the Pro and Pro Max models, you can spot a subtle outline just below the camera bar. This area is expected to be glass, allowing for convenient wireless charging. The remaining section is rumoured to be made of aluminum, marking a notable shift from previous models.

The iPhone 17 appears to follow a design similar to the iPhone 16, while the new iPhone 17 Air—replacing the iPhone 16 Plus—is rumoured to be exceptionally slim, offering a fresh look with no direct predecessor.

Additional rumours suggest memory and camera upgrades, improvements in video recording, and possibly a convenient reverse wireless charging feature. These new smartphones are expected to launch in September, so stay tuned for official details once they are unveiled.
